Multi-factor authentication is enabled for this site. On the

page, enter your
BJU
email address
and click
Next
.
When prompted, enter your BJU password and click
Sign in
.

Verify your identity
using one of the authentication methods you have set up.
Download the file that applies to your operating system (Windows, Mac).
Open the downloaded file and click
Next
to install the application.
Open the GlobalProtect application. (Windows users can find the program either in the program list (Palo Alto Networks folder) or in the icon tray on the taskbar.
The first time you use the app, you will need to enter
rvpn.bju.edu
for the portal and click
Connect
.
Multi-factor authentication is enabled for the GlobalProtect app. On the
Sign in
page, enter your
BJU
email address
and click
Next
.
When prompted, enter your BJU password and click
Sign in
.

Verify your identity
using one of the authentication methods you have set up. Upon verification, you should be logged in to GlobalProtect.
When you are logged in, a welcome pop-up will open which you can close. Use your computer as you normally would.
To disconnect:
Windows users, right click the Global Protect icon in the system tray and select
Disconnect
.
Mac users, click the GlobalProtect icon in the menu bar and select
Disconnect
.
