About this Service

If you are having trouble connecting your personal phone, computer, tablet, or other device to the Campus Wi-Fi network, or you need help configuring email, installing Office 365, setting up VPN, etc.; one of our techs will be glad to assist you. In some cases you may be asked to go to one our embedded locations for in-person assistance. To request help with a personally owned device, click "Request this Service." If you believe your personally owned computer needs repair, please visit our walk-in services in Alumni 207. Our techs will be glad to evaluate the problem and offer you solutions.
