Before entering into a contract with a vendor or other service provider, you should have the terms and conditions of the contract reviewed by Business Services. In addition to helping you better understand the obligations and responsibilities of both the vendor and the customer, a review will assist you in making sure the proposed work or services are compliant with pertinent governmental regulations and laws.
