About this Service
This service is for requesting an update to software that is currently installed on a BJU-owned computer. In many cases, updating the software is simply a matter of entering the proper IT credentials to allow the update to install. In other cases, additional cost may be involved. In such cases, your request will go through an approval process during which cost, licensing, and computer requirements will be evaluated by the IT licensing administrator. The evaluation process may extend the time it takes to fulfill your request. To request a software update, click "Request this Service."
