Thirty days after the end of a term, students are changed to inactive status in their Canvas courses, and their grades and submissions are hidden. You can access both grades and submissions by following the steps below.

- In your Canvas course go to Grades.
- Place your mouse pointer over the Student Name column heading.
- Click the three dots to the right of the words “Student Name” and under Show, choose Inactive Enrollments.

Student names and grades will reappear in the grade book and submissions will be available for review in SpeedGrader.
