IT Assets currently has a large number of Dell Optiplex 3050 desktop computers that we are offering for sale to BJU, Inc. and BJUEG faculty, staff and students who may be interested.
This sale will be for two days only: Thursday and Friday, April 9-10 (9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. each day), and these computers will be available at the IT Assets window on the first floor of the Office Annex building behind the dining common. Below is a description of the computers. Please review the sales policies at the bottom of this page.
Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF
These computers are about 8 years old and have at least the following minimum specifications:
Processor: Intel i5-7500 (7th Gen, 4 Cores))
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
Storage: 256GB SSD or Hybrid
Optical drive: DVD/CD read/write
Accessories: Power cord
Network: Ethernet port (no Wi-Fi adapter installed)

Important:
- These desktops are sold WITHOUT an operating system.
- Windows 11 is NOT supported, and we do not recommend installing it on these computers.
- While they will run Windows 10, be aware that Windows 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft. They should run Linux fine.
Sales Policies:
- First come first served. There is no online list.
- We will not reserve equipment for you to pay for and pick up later.
- Price includes applicable sales tax.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities.
- Payment is with check* or cash only.
- All sales are final.
- There are no warranties on these computers either expressed or implied.
- You must go to the IT Assets window on the first floor of the Office Annex Building in person to purchase.
