Microsoft 365 Office Suite

Use Microsoft 365 for Free

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications are available to BJU faculty, staff, and students for free. To install the suite of Microsoft 365 (Office) apps:

1. Go to m365.cloud.microsoft/apps and sign in with your BJU credentials.
2. At the top right of the page, click “Install apps” and choose “Microsoft 365 apps.”
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to download and run the Microsoft Office installer. (Installation make take a while.)

You can access the online apps and downloads at any time by going to m365.cloud.microsoft/apps and logging in with your BJU credentials.

NOTE: If you have previously installed an older version of Microsoft 365 from any university resource, uninstall the older version before installing Microsoft 365.

Phones & Tablets

1. To install Office 365 on a phone or tablet, open the App Store or the Play Store.
2. Search for and download the Microsoft Office apps.
3. When opening an app for the first time, log in with your BJU credentials as a work account, not a personal account.
4. Sign in with your BJU credentials.
