REGISTER YOUR DEVICE

If your device is already registered, you can skip this step.

  • Try to access any off-campus website. If your device is not registered, you should be re-directed to nsapp.bju.edu/registration.
  • If you are not redirected automatically, you can type nsapp.bju.edu in your web browser address bar.
  • In the registration page, enter your username and password and tap Download. A progress bar will appear and will take about 45 seconds to complete.
  • When the registration process has finished, close the browser and reopen it.
  • Try going to an internet website. If the website opens in your browser, you are successfully connected to Wi-Fi!

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you cannot access the internet, try the following actions and attempt to go to an internet website after each one.

  • Close your web browser and reopen it.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off and back on again.
  • Restart your device.
  • Other problems may prevent a connection; visit the IT Support Center in room 207 of the Alumni Building for more assistance.
