CONNECT TO NETWORK

  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon at the top right of the taskbar.
  2. Click BJU-Campus to connect.
  3. When prompted, enter your BJU username and password. (Enter your username with all lowercase letters.)
  4. If you're running MacOS 15 (Sequoia) or higher:
    • Open the System Settings and click on "Wifi" in the sidebar.
    • Click "Details" next to the BJU-Campus network.
    • Make sure "Private Wi-Fi Address" is set to "Off," then click "Ok."
    • Use the switch next to "Wi-Fi" to turn the Wi-Fi off.
    • After a few seconds, switch the Wi-Fi back on and wait for it to reconnect.

REGISTER YOUR COMPUTER

If your computer is already registered, you can skip this step.

  • Try to access any off-campus website. If your computer is not registered, you should be re-directed to nsapp.bju.edu/registration.
  • If you are not redirected automatically, you can type nsapp.bju.edu in your web browser address bar and press the Enter key.
  • In the registration page, enter your username and password and click Download. A progress bar will appear and will take about 45 seconds to complete.
  • When the registration process has finished, close the browser and reopen it.
  • Try going to an internet website. If the website opens in your browser, you are successfully connected to Wi-Fi!

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you cannot access the internet, try the following actions and attempt to go to an internet website after each one.

  • Close your web browser and reopen it.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off and back on again.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Other problems may prevent a connection; visit the IT Support Center in room 207 of the Alumni Building for more assistance.
