CONNECT TO NETWORK
- Click the Wi-Fi icon at the top right of the taskbar.
- Click BJU-Campus to connect.
- When prompted, enter your BJU username and password. (Enter your username with all lowercase letters.)
- If you're running MacOS 15 (Sequoia) or higher:
- Open the System Settings and click on "Wifi" in the sidebar.
- Click "Details" next to the BJU-Campus network.
- Make sure "Private Wi-Fi Address" is set to "Off," then click "Ok."
- Use the switch next to "Wi-Fi" to turn the Wi-Fi off.
- After a few seconds, switch the Wi-Fi back on and wait for it to reconnect.
REGISTER YOUR COMPUTER
If your computer is already registered, you can skip this step.
- Try to access any off-campus website. If your computer is not registered, you should be re-directed to nsapp.bju.edu/registration.
- If you are not redirected automatically, you can type nsapp.bju.edu in your web browser address bar and press the Enter key.
- In the registration page, enter your username and password and click Download. A progress bar will appear and will take about 45 seconds to complete.
- When the registration process has finished, close the browser and reopen it.
- Try going to an internet website. If the website opens in your browser, you are successfully connected to Wi-Fi!
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you cannot access the internet, try the following actions and attempt to go to an internet website after each one.
- Close your web browser and reopen it.
- Turn Wi-Fi off and back on again.
- Restart your computer.
- Other problems may prevent a connection; visit the IT Support Center in room 207 of the Alumni Building for more assistance.
FORGETTING THE BJU-CAMPUS NETWORK
- Click the Wi-Fi icon at the top right of the taskbar and select Open Network Preferences.
- In the Wi-Fi tab, click Advanced.
- Select BJU-Campus and click the minus button to remove it.
