When do I need to use TDX?

Use TDX to communicate with IT every time you need to report a technology problem or request an IT service. Note: If you have an IT emergency, call 864-335-0673.

Where do I find TDX?

Go to itsupport.bju.edu on a computer or mobile device. Note: You do not need to be on the campus network to access TDX, so the use of GlobalProtect VPN is no longer required when off campus.

How do I submit a ticket in TDX?

On the TDX home page:

Reporting a problem - Something is wrong or not working

        1. Click Report a Problem to open the ticket form.
        2. Enter the required information as accurately as possible.
        3. Click Submit.

Requesting a Service - Anything else you need from IT

        1. Click Request a Service.
        2. Choose a service category.
        3. Choose a specific service.
        4. Click Request this Service to open the ticket form.
        5. Enter the required information as accurately as possible.
        6. Click Submit.

How do I view my tickets and ticket history?

Go to itsupport.bju.edu and click View Your Tickets.

Can I still call IT?

Yes, you can call 864-335-0673 to talk to a support agent. If you are locked out of your account and cannot access TDX, you may email itsupport@bju.edu, but tickets cannot be submitted by email.
