| 1. To check your system hardware to ensure Teams will run correctly on your machine, open Teams and click the three dots near the top-right corner of the window, then select Settings. |

2. Select Devices on the left hand menu.
Your audio and video devices should be listed under the Audio Settings and Video Settings.
To test them all at once, select Make a test call.

3. Follow the prompts to perform the test call. Once the call has ended, you will see the call results.
If the results are not successful, or if the quality is not good, select Show Device Settings to change the devices and their settings.

If there are problems with the audio or video that cannot be fixed by adjusting the settings in Teams, try the following steps:
- Restart your computer.
- Run system and driver updates.
