If you need a short-term equipment loan for university purposes, use Cheqroom to create a reservation to pick up from the IT Support Center.
NOTE: If you are an employee and need a longer term loan of equipment, contact IT Assets by submitting a ticket at itsupport.bju.edu.

1. Log in to Cheqroom at https://app.cheqroom.com.
- After entering your BJU email address, click Log in SSO.
- Use your BJU password to log in.

2. Once you're logged in, select the purple plus button at the top, then select Reservation.

3. Set the pickup location and reservation time under WHEN & WHERE.
- Use the box labeled At to select which IT Support Center office you'd like to reserve equipment from.
Most equipment is available only from the Alumni building office (AL 207), but a few items are available from the Fine Arts office (FA 144).
- Use the boxes labeled From and To to enter the dates and times you will need the equipment.
CHEQROOM will prevent you from booking pickup and drop-off times when Technology Resources is closed.
NOTE: Equipment is for short-term loans only, usually 3 days or fewer, but the system will allow you to create reservations that are longer. If your reservation is for a longer amount of time, IT Support Center staff may contact you for more information about your loan.

4. Add equipment to the reservation.
- Select Add items or kits.
You can use the Category filter to limit your search to a specific equipment category.
NOTE: You will only see items that are available during the reservation time that you selected.
- Select the item(s) you would like to reserve. You can select more than one item at a time.
- Click Add Items or kits at the bottom right corner of the search window.

5. Add details about how and where the equipment will be used under EXTRA INFO.
- In the box labeled Location of use, specify where you plan to use this equipment.
- If you have any questions or need to give more information about your reservation, use the provided text box to Write a comment.
NOTE: Loaner equipment is for university and class purposes only. Speak to IT Support Center staff if you have any questions proper use.

6. After adding all of the items you need and entering any required information, select the Reserve button. You will receive an email confirmation.

You can make reservations on your phone using the Cheqroom app, available for both Android and iOS devices.
