Turnitin Plagiarism Framework allows the submission of more than one file to a Turnitin folder, supports normal usage of Canvas rubrics, and allows late submissions based on Canvas assignment dates.
Important! Using Turnitin Feedback Studio is not recommended since students will not see your comments. Instead, use the annotation tools in the Canvas SpeedGrader.
- Open your Canvas course and select Assignments in the course menu.
- Click the +Assignment button to create a new assignment.
- Enter the information for the assignment as usual.
- Under Submission Type, choose Online and select File Uploads and/or Text Entry.

- Under Plagiarism Review, select Turnitin to reveal Turnitin options for your assignment.
- Select the appropriate Turnitin options, finish selecting any additional assignment settings, then Save & Publish your assignment.
