A recent Windows security update will cause the OnGuard apps installed on users' computers to break. To resolve this problem, we have set up a new way of accessing the apps.
If you are an OnGuard user, the new method should already be set up on your computer. You can access the apps using the following steps:
- If you have any OnGuard shortcuts pinned on your taskbar or on your desktop, right-click on them and unpin/them. They will no longer work.
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard or click on the Start menu.
- Beneath the Recommended apps, find the section labeled "All." In the right corner, switch from "Category" to "List."

- Scroll down near the bottom of the list to find the "Work Resources (RADC)" folder.

(Note: If this folder does not appear in your apps list, restart your computer and check once more. If it still does not appear, contact IT Support.)
- Click on the "Work Resources (RADC)" folder to see the different OnGuard apps.
You may right-click on any of the apps in this folder to pin them to your taskbar.

- When you select an app to open it, a remote connection will begin. You may be prompted for your PIN. If so, select "More choices."

- In the options that appear, select your user account. The prompt should now ask for your password. Enter your password and continue.
When the connection is complete, the app will open like usual.
